A tool for auditory compositions to awake memories and create individual images in the mind or the respective listener.
Songs, sounds, noises. Auditory compositions awaken memories and create personal images in the mind of the respective listener. The Framed Orchestra project leaves it up to the viewer, triggered by auditory content, to look back at their own memories on a black, framed surface.
Technically, each individual speaker is provided with an individual sound-file. Up to twenty individual audio tracks can be played synchronously: whether an orchestra with twenty individual instruments, a big band or just a street scene with a corresponding number of audio sources, the individual tones merge into an overall auditory composition at the appropriate distance.
